AUTHENTICITY BECOMING A BIG PART OF ARTIFACT SHOW

Fort Mitchell, KY/July 14, 2008-Educational display tables are now starting to out-number sales tables at the Ancient American Artifact Exposition with the Sixth Annual Show scheduled to take place this weekend, July 18-20, at the Drawbridge Inn.

Cliff Jackson, President, of the Authentic Artifact Collectors Association (AACA, www.theaaca.com), says they expect to sell out over 175 tables with more than 100 of those expected to be purely educational in nature. Jackson says it's because we've become a society filled with proper skepticism.

"We've seen a proliferation of modern artifacts on the market whereas the AACA Expo focuses only on ancient tools and weapons. Many pieces found online are modern made. This show will feature displays by four major archaeological organizations as well as by collectors from across the U.S. which can help to tell that these artifacts are truly relics of ancient man."

Show hours are Saturday and Sunday, 8-4. Admission is $3 per day for adults and children 12 and up. Children 12 and under are free. A two-day pass costs $5. A three day pass starting with a Preview Party is Friday, 7 pm for $10. Information: 419-945-2893 or 567-203-7098.
